Android: Is YTMusic casting ever going to work again with Waymo?

I used to love this feature! My wife and I would do waymo karaoke as we cruised the streets of san francisco home with the windows down. Youtube Music's automatic selections were always on point and amazing. I Fart Music is absolute dog $h!t compared to it, the song choices are terrible, zero control, only so many skips through their garbage choices. I can only think that waymo let <3 radio pay them for playing in the vehicle for some unknown business reason.

Please bring ytmusic casting back!!

(Note it also doesn't work on my wife's iphone when playing from google assistant, I'm on a pixel 9 pro)
