Online portal for complaint about road condition

Do we have any online portal to register grievances for government services ?

Roads around my house near mansarovar are in really bad condition due to sewage connection from last 1 year. Every time they just keep on rebuilding the main road and forget to enter the lanes next to them.

Any other way to get some attention on this would be appreciated.
