What do you keep after Chapter 6?

I'm on my second playthrough and I forgot what you keep after Arthur dies. I tried searching it up but gotten mixed answers. Some people say you keep valuables while others say you lose gold bars or something. The only thing im sure on is that you lose your horses and money (i'll just use the pig farm). I just wanna know exactly what I keep from my satchel. (Valuables, Kit, Ingredients, Tonics, etc)
