Am I supposed to get a refund?

I just started a new job and enrolled in the health insurance benefits. They are too expensive so I decided to buy my own plan through the marketplace. Am I’m supposed to get a refund for the premiums I already paid during the enrollment period? I have two days left to finalize my enrollment and I unenrolled today but I’ve already been charged for the health insurance twice. I haven’t used any of the benefits. I did contribute to the HSA.
